As an independent AVON Sales Leader, you’ll have the opportunity to recruit, mentor, and motivate your own team of Representatives. You can join Sales Leadership anytime, but you start as a representative first. Your job as a leader will be to train and recruit new members to your team. But growing a team means more earnings for yourself. You will be running your business, and your business hours will be flexible.
You can earn four different ways with Avon’s new growth plan:
- earn after coaching new team members
- team bonus
- discount level will rise
- development bonus for yourself
